Race is not important in deciding a person's worth as a human being. I don't even believe it exists, but race is incredibly important in terms of American society and history. To ignore race is to ignore the major driving force in the majority of America's politics for the last 230 years.

Anarchists believe in no government but yet believe in the rule of law in some capacity. This is a contradiction, but basically I interpret this as extremely local rule of law for crimes...
The Articles of Confederation failed because it only created bitterness between the states rather than uniting them. It was a horrible form of government, and it created an incredibly weak United States that would have quickly been utterly destroyed.
I can understand people's aversion to this, and it's definitely bad policy, but it does not violate the 4th Amendment. It is neither a search nor a seizure.
Ok, I guess I'm a statist because I believe in the state existing and functioning. Of course the state is aggressive. In a Republic, however, this aggressive use of power is justified as long as it is in the confines of our constitution, which it is 99.99% of the time. You take a few you tube...
