I don't support this video because of improper Biblical hermeneutics. Furthermore, if you really want to know the truth, the Bible supports socialism (ideologically at least).
Acts 4:32-35
32 And the multitude of them that believed were of one heart and of one soul: neither said any of them that ought of the things which he possessed was his own; but they had all things common.
33 And with great power gave the apostles witness of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus: and great grace was upon them all.
34 Neither was there any among them that lacked: for as many as were possessors of lands or houses sold them, and brought the prices of the things that were sold,
35 And laid them down at the apostles' feet: and distribution was made unto every man according as he had need.
Okay-- it is entirely feasible and valid within a free market for an association of people to pool resources and distribute them according to need. This has absolutely nothing to do with State socialism. The Church did not take everyone residing within a geographical area, including those who did not want to participate, and force them into such a set-up; that would be socialism.I don't support this video because of improper Biblical hermeneutics. He threw the money-changers out of the temple and told them he turned the place into a den of vipers and thieves. I reckon he would have even harsher things to say about today's money changers (banksters). So, uh, what would Jesus have said about Fiat Currency and the act of Charging Interest to create a debt that can never be repaid?
Jesus advocated voluntary wealth distribution. He certainly didn't support stealing money through taxation (theft) as a means to further the Kingdom. Doing so would only bring glory to the State and would elevate it above God.
