I'd like to remind everyone on this forum that Texas holds county and state conventions every two years. Next time around, when there is no presidential election drawing other delegates, we will be able to get in and take everything over top to bottom, and there won't be a thing they can do. We'll elect new chairpersons, etc. They might be able to fight us when we are 50% or fewer of the people there, but next time around, we can outnumber them ten to one.

THEN we will win. We'll win a victory that will echo for a hundred years.

Interesting. I'm not well-versed on the delegate process, but this sounds like a possibility.

What a name, bagofeyebrows! I was a long-time lurker before joining the forum too, then i registered to tell everyone about an important online poll in my area. I had no intention of continuing to post, but once you have a username its difficult to keep your $.02 to yourself. If we managed the same turnout in a gubernatorial year (off presidential election year) then we could do some real damage in nearly every state which would set us up for the next presidential race. After this election is over, we should really focus on this (among other things like liberty education, grassroots infrastructure, etc.)

If we managed the same turnout in a gubernatorial year (off presidential election year) then we could do some real damage in nearly every state which would set us up for the next presidential race. After this election is over, we should really focus on this (among other things like liberty education, grassroots infrastructure, etc.)

I hope somebody is making a web site that lists all the sleazy things the GOP has done so we have a place where we can point people and say "See - this is how the GOP treats it's own people".
