Hi guys.
30 sec. commercial with standard massage, is just westing time and money.
You need to gave to viewers something very very very different.
Remember - where is the beef, this works, or maybe naked news.??????
We have been trying to contact that individual...no luck so far.
No Super Bowl ads
It could have been the most expensive political advertising ever, but Fox is ruling out political ads during the Super Bowl — not that anyone had scheduled one.
This is one of the best videos I have seen that is not too complicated, sends a simple message and makes things very clear. Obviously it is too long and the music is too depressing, but shortened to thirty seconds or one minute, this may work.

McKarnin - as far as getting the political discount - and I think it is a lot, try to get it. Show them what you have is an ad for a politician and show it clearly fits within the political discount category. When I spoke to the man at fox he said he would consider giving the discount. Don't give up so easily. There is no reason we should pay twice what Obama pays to get an ad.
If you are losing the discount because of the company you set up, then maybe if you work with one of the PACs you can get it.
By the way, I already mentioned that the Phoenix market where I was checking is already sold out. They called today and they might have some time at 8 in the morning during their show about the candidates. Not sure how valuable that would be. But they only have time for candidates.
If you want me to help you I will. Just PM me, give the specifics and the phone numbers and I will try to talk to these folks to get you the discount so we can get more ads for the money.
But first we need a polished ad. It would be silly to pay for air time and then not have an ad to give them. When is the deadline to get the ads to them?
Mckarnin, I appreciate that you have had such patience and have been diligent in your responding to an onlsaught of accusatory, distractionary and generally confrontationally worded for personal satisfaction, comments throughout this thread. I find that the responses you have provided to these interogatory comments to be satisfactory. Based on this I would like to make a motion that all further comments not dealing with the forward momentum of this project and its succesful execution be ignored in order to keep this thread readable. Thanks.

The advertising idea sounds great! I don't watch sports, but many do.
It was difficult reading thru this thread because it is filled with so much crap. Can a moderator delete some of the posts?
If anyone is concerned about you making a profit or how the money is spent, it doesn't matter. I hope you make a huge profit. Profit is good. Spend the money any way you want. That is what donating is about. FREEDOM. Those who think no one should profit or spend the money on other expenses can go vote with the socialists. I have been working for countless hours on a Ron Paul poster/desktop series that will be free and for purchase. It would be nice to profit from our labor just like others who work 40 hours at jobs.
Keep up the good work and I might watch my first Superbowl game. When is it?
Sorry to bother you Katherine with this post, but I had a concern about the ad time your buying from Fox News. I doubt they'll claim that there will be "technical difficulties," but if they know that your one of their sponsors (or ad buyers if you want to call it that), they will become bigger jerks to Dr. Paul on their station.
I do however see your position. Since you can't really register to vote in most Super Tuesday states as of now, a lot of the people who are possible Ron Paul voters are on the current Republican side (pro-war). They usually trust Fox News much more than CNN and so if you put up an ad on Fox, you'll be much more effective. Please however make sure to show the Conservative side of Ron Paul, more-so then the Ron Paul we have grown to love.
Remember the audience - Conservative pro-war fellows.
Here's some background of California, where I live, one of the major Super Tuesday states. The honest truth is, the campaign were pretty late in the super tuesday states and are buying TV ad time AFTER registration deadlines.
Here are the pros however: I've received one phone call from Ron Paul HQ and apparently there are radio ads as well. Haven't heard one thing from other Republicans which is a good thing, but we need TV ads - conservative TV ads soon.
O yeah, and I had one quick question if you wouldn't mind answering. Will we be effective with only showing our ads one day before Super Tuesday? If I were some random guy, I need to have seen the same commercial 4 times in the same day to consider voting for someone.
Thanks Katherine = )
Godspeed to you, your family, your supporters, your coworkers, your work, and our revolution!

So what, were not running on Faux any how. Time slots have already been reserved. Funding is all that is necessary is my understanding. Go to the Blimp site for time slots being funded.
