All social problems eventually break down to economics. And economics eventually breaks down to control of land and production of food.

Rush is smart, problem is his ego and his investment he's made into his radio personality only allows him to shift his ideology with the overall sentiments of the conservative base. If the base ever moved towards Ron Paulites, I'm sure he'd be on board.

But he's a trend follower not a trend setter.

Yes, so the pendulum swings, Rush begins preparing us for jeb bush/rick perry/palin variant of false conservative sock-puppets in the interim--yet policy agenda executes/unfolds, unimpeded, as planned.

I was driving around yesterday and I was listening to talk radio. Rush had a stand in host yesterday that spoke about economics and the Fed the whole time. I was surprised that this host was actually repeating a lot of Schiff-like arguments regarding the economy. Maybe those type of ideas are finally starting to sink into the skull of El-Rushbo??

I'm sure he will hail it as his original idea too..

what a tool!

Rush continues his stated goal of, "Operation Chaos". I will never forget this fake conservative commanding his listeners to vote for Hillary Clinton.

I'm more of a Michael Savage fan myself. Also, you guys should keep in mind that the reason a lot of people were turned off to RP in the beginning was a lot of your fellow supporters (I'm not saying you) were extremely vulgar, offensive, looney, confrontational and plain immature. I myself liked RP in the beginning, then saw what kind of people were hitchin their insane politics to him and I was like um maybe I should reconsider. I particularly remember being furious about that mob of RP people who basically assualted Sean Hannity outside of a hotel, and they had the nerve to do it with one of those "REVOLUTION" (with the love highlighted red) signs, so full of shit. The white-supremacists and truthers and trendy kids in college who just wanted to hop on the latest political phase. I know people who were RP "supporters" who voted for Obama (remember the RP girl? )

I've always been a conservative, I've always known America would collapse Rome-style (been saying this for years, unfortunately I thought I had more time), but I along with many Americans had been deceived by RINOs and things of that nature, actually thought the war on terror/war on drugs were a good thing at one time because the establishment made me think so by appealing our delicate sensibilities and moral core. If you see a former neocon or Republican who suddenly switches to RP, don't assume they're being a trend follower or a fairweather political stuntman. Maybe just assume they saw the error of their ways and always had good intentions all along, but were just as misled as all the other sheeple in America.

I think his name was Jason Lewis. I caught a bit of that too. Fascinating how the landscape is reshaping in the midst of "chaos". ;):)

sad thing is you people listen to him to know this...I can't listen to that man for 5 minutes.

Me, either! I'm glad that some of y'all can be "MSM Monitors" and let us know what they're saying, but I just can't do it!!

It was talk radio (actually local) that first introduced me to Ron Paul and the very concepts I now believe in. I frequently still monitor talk radio, I usually keep the radio on all day when I'm working from home, even though many of them make me want to puke. I am not a teevee watcher at all---ugh, I find it waaaay more despicable than radio.

Also, I just have to know what the warmongers are thinking so I can hone my arguments against them. :p

I don't-other people around the office do, and I get wind of some of what he says when traveling from room to room. Think of it as opposition research. That'll make it more palatable for you. ;)

Yep, Jason is a local that we have been working on for quite a while. Marianne for one has called in to his show a lot in the past to promote Ron Paul.

Jason is getting better all the time as he learns.
