I calculated the left over from the other candidates and it was 15% which should be in the hand of RP, while they show Rudy with 10% which is truly ridiculous

That's because Wyomians dont' cast votes in their State's caucus. It's all political hacks deciding who they are going to assign their delegates to.

How in the hell this system works, I do not understand anything, how come they distribute Wyoming delegates that early and without any voting or ........ , I know many people cannot stand Michael moore, but he really said a very interesting sentence in his last documentary "sicko" which I cannot forget, but I keep repeating it all the time, he said : "who invented this system? " , and I am asking again who created that damn system? what is going on
