On the Situation Room the CNN folks were discussing the Huckster and Wolf Blitzer said, "Don't forget Ron Paul is still in this race." The woman sighed but Jack Cafferty said Ron Paul has raised a lot of money and Wolf said that RP has a lot of supporters.

You can tell they're doing their best to ignore him and forget about him!

gotta give it to Blitzer and Cafferty to standing up for our man, sometimes.

That's just the proverbial bone thrown at you to keep the e-mail inboxes manageable.

It's been happening recently almost like an useless act of defiance after winning a battle.

The war ain't over though.

Don't watch TV, don't buy newspapers/magazines from nationwide sources.

Keep a vigilant eye on the internet. Some YouTubes are being pulled off. New online "channels" IP TV are being added with tight controls. No user generated content possible.

What RonRules said... It's the day before Super Tuesday, and they'll lift the blackout, a little bit here and there, just enough to be able to cover their asses.

Man, I have a hard time imagining what it must be like to be a media bigwig. Always dancing to somebody's tune. Heh...

Mike D.

Make no mistake. The internet is our next big fight. It is too risky to those who would seek power and control, to let it remain a free source of information... especially after we've made such direct headway in exposing the lies by harnessing it.

I firmly think that we are in part contributing to the recessionary fears (and therefore the recession) with the viral messages we've been helping Dr. Paul release. (of course, all we can do is reveal the lie... the lie is the real cause of the economic woes)

Assuming that we will easily continue this process after the election, while a fantastic idea, will not be as easy as we think. The internet is next.

beats the hell out of msnbc. they're doing a super tuesday preview of every state and haven't mentioned ron paul once.

Watch out for IPTV: They make it sound great technically, but the purpose is CONTROL

"Internet Protocol Television (IPTV) has arrived, and backed by the deep pockets of the telecommunications industry, it's poised to offer more interactivity and bring a hefty dose of competition to the business of selling TV.

With end-to-end control, the telcos can guarantee enough bandwidth for their signal at all times, which is key to providing the "just works" reliability consumers have come to expect from their television sets.

The video streams are received by a local office, which has the job of getting them out to the folks on the couch. "

They will know EXACTLY what you are watching at every second, every sound bite will be measured.

No need for inaccurate Nielson's ratings. It's a closed loop control that will tie programming with online purchases, search queries and even the silly online polling!

It should also allow multicast TV so that any Joe with DSL can multiply his video stream infinitely to unlimited subscribers. A true democratization of TV.

Maybe so, but rather, what's going to happen is a site like Joost TV, will captivate the users with trivia. Such sites are accessed by a program you run on your computer, which takes over the machine and replaces the browser. It is not possible to type in an internet address in Joost TV.

Masses being lazy will prefer to sit back and watch Joost rather than be active, search for information, read and interact.

Now that is a scary premise. How apathetic can people get?
