I don't think I'm going to vote in the general . I don't really have any stake in it as far as I can tell.

I'm feeling like a want to start living life again. Enjoying life. I feel like I need to return to meaningful things in life. I mean, I like to shoot the breeze in terms of the issues of the day and whatnot. And I believe that there remains value in doing that. But I want to get busy living again. I've been humping political pavement since the 80s.

And the more I think about it, all of those things that ticked me off enough to go that route back then, I'd have back in a heartbeat if that's all they were. Those were good times. Everyone was happy. Everyone had money in their pockets. Culture was good. Everyone one was just freakin chillaxed n stuff.

also many comics had a few political things to say last night. one asked the audience if they were voting for hillary or trump. NO ONE said yes to either out of about 60 people. i almost yelled "libertarian party", but didnt as i didnt want to ruin the guys set in case some shit storm started. but it seems no one there was happy about our 2 main choices.

I wasn't talking about the media ignoring Ron Paul. I was talking about the double standard of the Trump bashers here. If the Donald gets media time based on his merits as a ratings magnet, then it's not because he's a political crony. A is not B. If Rand has had many interactions with the establishment for positioning purposes, then it's not because he's a political crony. A is not B. Merely receiving benefits from the establishment does not demonstrate one is establishment, because you may be receiving them for other reasons. You seem to have a different criteria for evaluating X than you have for Y, but that doesn't prove cronyism for either.

Your premise, in fact, is non-falsifiable dogma---if the media/elite is featuring Trump, it can ONLY be because they are approving him. If the media/elite is spending tons of cash and time attacking Trump, it can ONLY be because they are approving him. Etc, etc. No one can ever disprove your view, because it remains the same regardless of circumstances. So pardon me if I'm not convinced.

Given that Trump is establishment, what's your point?
