Will Russia invade Ukraine?

Those maps are just maps. Borders dramatically change all the time. In the case of Ukraine many are ethnically Russian.

I reckon that would be right , considering the Russians starved them out to death . LOL , they seem to have forgotten too quickly , I would never , ever forget .

I dunno history maybe you right. Russian's living in Ukraine consider them selves to have just as much right to live there as western Ukrainians. There is also deep hatred for the part of the country that supported nazis.

The Russians didn't starve them, Stalin and his gangs did. The Russians suffered as much as everyone else, perhaps even more, under communism.

Oh , I agree the people suffered , suffering is after all the fruit of that system.

Wow, the Ukrainian police force really need to upgrade their arsenal. A well placed grenade with the help of a grenade launcher would have ended the party really fast. The government should also think of arming the west Ukrainians in preparation for a possible civil war against these assholes. I hate the police and military but what I hate even more than those people are folks who are willing for sell their country out for mere cookies.

The video below shows protestors with guns and in my mind, once they pick up arms, the police should be allowed to respond in kind. Go back to your forts and bring back the most deadly weapons you can find and come show these assholes whats what.

Thoughts?

Personally I think Russia should invade and annex the Russian-speaking parts of Ukraine, particularly the Crimean Peninsula. Let the rest of Ukraine rot in the EU if that's what they want.
Would not be surprised if it turns out that way.

It's not troops but the EU just levied sanctions against Ukraine. Fits the general notion I outlined that war like actions would come from the West and not Russia.

The Ukrainian gov't just gave it's military and police a go ahead to fire any weapon it feels necessary on CITIZENS;

Russia does not need to annex/invade Eastern Ukraine. Old school Eastern Ukrainian communists (Russian friends) are still deeply entrenched.

You're more likely to see EU/US/NATO troops then Russian ones, inside the Ukraine. You know...for the children.

The Soros-backed thugs protesting the duly elected government.

Those people make around $3000 per year...they just want a better life and they're being screwed over royally by their elected officials...they have a right to fight back.

Now, I don't think joining the EU is the solution; the best solution would be as others have mentioned, is to break Ukraine into East and West.

However, Western Ukraine would be wise to steer clear of the EU, which is obviously a total disaster.

Which parts have the lowest cost of living... the most freedom and lowest taxes?

EU socialist tax system has been a marvel for high unemployment and control over the people.

I wonder where Nigel Farage stands, considering he knows how destructive Dragi's EU has become.
