Why was Bastiat's The Law banned?

He also called out a bunch of people who didn't deserve to be called out, as well as being trigger-happy to start fights and throw out ad-hominems. That being said, you should bring that to the attention of Josh if you feel what you say is true (or to start - the moderator that actually banned him).
 
I doubt that Josh wanted the most talented RPF member banned. I do imagine that Josh is willing to back his moderators to the wall. I just wish that amnesty was allowed in a free society.

This is bullshit! I read through Bastiat's posts and there was nothing ban worthy there.

Who banned Bastiat? Inquiring minds want to know.
