Taking sides and feeding the divisiveness with collectivist labeling. How classy.
I'm not a nihilist, sorry.

cajun and I have gone 'round and 'round on a lot of things... heatedly.
i would like to show me how her typed words derailed someone else's project.
You are in one of your moods. Her posting history is there for you to review. Go to it, if you want to.
I'm not a nihilist, sorry.
Have you never had what should be a productive thread get derailed because someone is relentlessly distracting. That's how.
Well you're clearly not a uniter.
Then the conversation shifted to cajuncocoa, who was the subject of my reply. I made no mention of either of their contributions to the liberty movement, only CC's actions I witnessed in this forum. I made no mention of torchbearer or his contributions whatsoever. Please try to keep up.Actually, this conversation was about BTL as per the OP. And "liberty distraction" applies in that case.
In this specific quote I was speaking of L.E.'s remarks to torchbearer and how she came across with them. torchbearer is an active member of the liberty movement. Do you not think so?
Hopefully someone will reread a few of the sections and prune some of the language. Some of the language that needs to be pruned. Language's original intent being, in fact, to be distilled down to as few words as possible. So that the language is pure and concise and conveys its point. Its point needs to be conveyed as concisely as possible via the language. That's what we want to do.
?We fulfill our vision for Louisiana’s future by:
- Educating voters on how to get involved in the political process.
- Building lasting coalitions that will stand together to defend and promote liberty.
- Publishing a Legislative Scorecard to inform voters on how their representatives are voting.
- Supporting state and local candidates for public office who stand for Constitutional government.
- Opposing candidates whose policies are destructive to the liberty of Louisiana citizens.
- Organizing opposition to legislation, ballot initiatives or acts of judicial activism that infringe on the rights of individuals and businesses.
As the founders understood, freedom is not just a right; freedom works. Around the world freedom and prosperity go hand-in-hand. Where you find one, you find the other. Economic success indicates the breadth and depth of a people’s freedom.
^ You really don't see it?
See what? i feel like you are talking about one thing... and its not on the content of the website.

(And yes, that was verbose sarcasm, I'm not quite that much of a whiny nerd)

That was from the website.
It goes hand-in-hand. You find one, you find another. Redundant paragraph is redundant. Also, if you find economic success, you can determine the breadth and depth of the freedom. Because freedom and prosperity go hand-in-hand. Circular? Unnecessary? No?
You know what? I was mistaken. It is absolutely PERFECT.![]()
But you quoted me expressing how L.E. was passively aggressing torchbearer. Which was a point. Much like her later post.
sorry, i see what you are saying... but despite my rigid stances on the forum... i work with all kinds of people easily.
it didn't even matter how they articulated their idea of liberty to me. all that mattered is that they are willing to work with me to remove these statist from power.
its not until that moment that our disagreements will even matter.
And I was not making fun or saying it should have been delayed. At some point, someone should take a fresh look at the website and streamline it![]()
