It wouldnt be Romney's call. Or ANY President for that matter. Presidents dont just get to declare war on whoever they want whenever they want for whatever excuse they choose. And any President that arbitrarily delcares war on non aggressive countries should be viewed as an act of High Treason because war seriously endangers every citizen of both countries.

But yet war with Iran would be much more popular if these evil conspirators had dug a hole in the desert in Iraq and said "aha mustard gas". Somehow they forgot to do that. Funny how that works.
