Why is the birth certificate a dead issue?

I have not dropped in to this forum in a long time, but I see no discussion of Obama's citizenship status, including his missing birth certificate and the issue of what passport he travelled to Pakistan on and whether he was accepted to Occidental College as a foreign student.

If this topic is verboten here, please advise me.

A much bigger issue than Obama's Birth registration certificate is OUR birth registration certificate.

This is what creates the legal fiction that the state uses to raise taxation and enslave you.

The Birth registration certificate is a promissary note, a financial instrument that pledges your lifetime of labour and taxation to pay for the faux debts created by fiat money.

Money isn't backed by gold or silver, it is backed by the peoples' pledges to pay taxes and to work as slaves for a whole lifetime and this contract is evidenced by the birth registration certificate. It is a bond backed by your future labour and as such, we are all slaves.

This is a much bigger issue than where Obummer was born.

Read Mary elizabeth Croft's excellent online book. It'll totally change the way you see things.

9th Circuit asked: Do courts enforce Constitution?
Challenge to Obama's eligibility moves to appeals panel

The stage is being set for a major ruling from the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals on whether the U.S. judiciary actually can enforce the provisions of the Constitution.

The basic question is being raised in an appeal of a district judge's decision to dismiss a legal challenge to Barack Obama's constitutional eligibility to be president.

There was a long thread, now in the archives, where those of us who said this stuff was nonsense and was going nowhere were arguing with the "birther" fanatics.

At this point, I think all but the most hardcore birthers have realized that pursuing this issue wasn't going to do us any good.

Thank you. I was thinking as soon as this started that the whole issue of birth certificates is just another facet of our bottle-fed statist lives which, if enough people opened their eyes, we'd rightfully toss on history's ash heap as another unnecessary hindrance to freedom.

Add to that the extra dimension that if it was possible to go more anti-federalist in this country, it wouldn't really matter because the president wouldn't be so much the seat of power.

I don't see why it matters. Does claiming power over 300 million people magically become okay when you're born within their borders?
