Why I just switched my vote to Baldwin.

While I disagree with select positions Baldwin and his running mate Castle have taken, I have to concede that he has the big picture in view. Libertarian issues I support such as gay marriage, keeping religion out of politics, decriminalization of currently illegal drugs, decriminalization of prostitution pale in comparison to much more impending issues that the Baldwin ticket offers genuine solutions to (Such as a distinct plan to close our borders, an immediate plan to bring U.S. troops home from overseas, and a repeal of unconstitutional trade agreements like NAFTA.)

Good to see somebody else has their priorities straight here!

my pick

I'm planning on voting Baldwin as well. I had been undecided between Barr and Baldwin, but my decision was pretty much set once the Paul/Barr/CFL "scandal" broke out.
He has a strong stance of bringing down the NWO once and for all-and is also pro-homeschoolers, pro-traditional marriage as well. (I know this might be "homophobic" or "bigoted", but I am sick of the media preaching homosexuality as the 'in' thing to do and supporting policies that basically amount to expanding affirmative action/preferential treatment for homosexuals.)

+1

I voted Libertarian for my state rep on the 20th, I'm voting Baldwin in November,

it's not as difficult as some believe. I'm a former republican voter.

Can I get a cookie? :)

Baldwin or Bust

Why I have switched my vote to Baldwin only requires a simple answer: He is the closest candidate to Ron Paul's platform and the only one talking about destroying the New World Order.

I was planning on supporting Bob Barr. Then I switched my support to Ralph Nader because of Ron Pauls unity speech. And again I switched my vote to a write in candidate called David Jon Sponhiem.

Now I realize that the only candidate who really is in touch with the real threats to national soveriegnty (North American Union, United Nations, International Criminal Court, World Bank, etc.) is Chuck Baldwin.

I urge other Libertarians to take a second look at the Baldwin/Castle ticket as I have and reflect on whether the current candidate they support has the really pressing issues in view. I feel that Chuck Baldwin has met the character and credibility evaluation standards we all embrace out of a United States Presidential contender. The fact that Ron Paul supports his candidacy is just another reason to reconsider voting for somebody other than the Baldwin/Castle Constitution Party ticket.

Amen. :)
