"The Greenpapers" is widely accepted as an unbiased source for accurate delegate tallies, providing detailed information state-by-state.

Big question today: Why haven't they updated RP delegate tally to reflect MAINE Results on the main page? They are still showing only 8 delegates for Ron Paul.

This is despite the fact that on the detailed page for the state of Maine, the results at the state convention this past weekend on May 5 & 6 are discussed with many links provided.

Do we need to send up an alert flare somehow? Anyone have a direct contact with this organization?

Why don't you contact them rather than posting a question here no one can answer?

Dude that runs greenpapers is somewhat hostile to Paul. Still I imagine he'll update it at some point.

haha - that's funny, because we've used that site in lieu of specific delegate information on Ron Paul. We've directed a lot of traffic to those pages.

as for updating Delegate numbers? There's a lot of information to sort through. There aren't any advertisements on that site, so maybe it's a volunteer effort?

Greenpapers is run by a single guy.

Over the last 2 elections he's been e-mailed nonstop by some rather... enthusiastic Paul supporters. If you're going to drop him a line to update it, please be courteous when doing so.

Maybe because the Main convension isn't over?

The information I had, including from the official Maine GOP site, is that the convention was to ba a two-day affair on Saturday May 5 and Sunday May 6. Are you saying that the convention has not yet adjourned? I am merely seeking information.

The convention was adjourned but will have to reconvene at a later date.

From what I've read, the Romney supporters ran and broke quorum. They didn't have the votes to take over so they tried to disrupt the proceedings. That didn't work so they left; they're probably looking at their options right now and trying to figure out ways to invalidate the results or something.

Thanks. This Quorum issue is why there was an initial fight at the Nevada over a rule ("4b", I believe) designed to prevent the tactic of a faction cutting and running to stop further business. Thankfully in NV the Paul forces were able to defeat Romney's efforts to remove the rule.
