I think the question is about the Chairman of the National Convention as opposed to the Chairman of the National Committee and whether these are two different things. IF the National Convention follows the format of the State Conventions, then it would seem that Reince Priebus would be the temporary convention chairman, until the chairman is elected by the convention delegates.
