Donalds isn’t describing the district’s law correctly — it doesn’t allow 18- to 24-year-olds to be tried as juveniles, experts told us. It allows people in that age range, in certain cases, to have their convictions sealed and receive more flexible sentencing options, at a judge’s discretion.

He also has some related history. As a young adult, Donalds benefited from flexible sentencing when he faced drug and bribery charges.

Why should criminals get their records hidden when these days, unlike when I was young, people who are accused and found innocent don't get the record of it expunged?

I think he smelled anarcho-tyranny. Isn't this just a way for Democrats to shield their paid rioters?

I agree with voting no. Before judges had more latitude. Can't always count on jury nullification

I think you've got this bill backwards because it sounds like you would want to vote yes if you don't want people to hide their records

I would vote no because it also establishes the creation of a website and the federal government has enough websites as it is - this may be why Massie voted no
