There is a program started in 2003 (?) That goes by the name of FFDO. Federal Flight Deck Officer. You need a psychological valuation and about a week of training followed by every six months requalification training.

The most important part of the training, is focusing on the target of the renegade Injun's head.

We never surrendered so we can do as we please . I am not confined to any treaties . All were broken by the whites as soon as they were agreed to prior to 1796. We signed no others .

I would be willing to accept the Greenville Treaty and I will take Southern Indiana , Southern Ohio and would accept Kentucky and Minnesota as a gift to heal past wrongs . I will be willing to lease my air space in Minnesota , Ohio and Kentucky to the commercial airlines . Southern Indiana though will remain a no fly zone . The non native people in Minnesota would be allowed to stay within the Twin Cities only and Kentucky may remain the same but I do not have to purchase hunting and fishing licenses or pay tolls . The people of Ohio may make me an offer .

I would never shoot an Injun. Because I would never allow one on my airplane to begin with.
