Why are pictures of children eating pizza selling for $50,000 or more on Etsy?

The most interesting part of the Pizzagate stuff for me was the allegation/revelation that Chester Bennington was the hidden son of John Podesta. Dunno if true but LP's music and Chester's strange death soon after Pizzagate went viral was intriguing. Definitely shades of Illuminati behavior there.

Nope, no symbolism on his Twitter header there. Carry on.

Just reaffirms how much we need to eradicate this rot from our country. I don't know anything about CB except that he was an incredible vocalist and talented musician. I hope he died in right standing with God...

There's, "zero evidence"? The term "pizza" has definitively been associated with child sex trafficking.

"Associated" is doing a hell of a lot of work in that sentence. It "has definitively been associated" by the same people who also "definitively associated" wayfair cabinets, Etsy listings, and the basement of a building with no basement.

Also, you're just plain wrong. "Pizza" by itself isn't anything at all. "Cheese pizza" is old 4chan/8chan slang for child porn because they share the same first letters. The people who started the whole Pizzagate obsession used this same slang because they hung out on boards which were well known hosts of child porn.

And are we seriously going to assume that some AI created images of CHILDREN with PIZZA would sell for dollar amounts into the tens of thousands?

I could put my pubic hairs up on etsy for tens of thousands of dollars and claim in the description that they cure cancer. Would the high price make you assume that my claim is true?

You know, there IS "zero" evidence... until someone looks at something that is starkly suspicious and starts looking into it. Then they find evidence. That's how these things work.

You know, there's zero evidence... but what if we WANT there to be evidence, and we WANT that very badly? Doesn't that make it evidence? Isn't that how these things work?

Hold the horses, kemosabe. Zero evidence? There's been a ton of circumstantial evidence. I can link to the original looooong Pizzagate thread if you need a refresher. No, there's not been prima facie evidence but convictions on large amounts of circumstantial evidence happen all the time, when presented along with motive and opportunity.

Someone will definitely get convicted of the crime of... circumstantial sexual relations with... well, actually, no victim has ever been named, identified, or even described... but there's so much circumstance that someone absolutely got circumraped at some point.

We know their motive, which is, uh... Satan! And they had the opportunity, which is... that children exist.

Fwiw, I was convinced once even local news abruptly starting running lockstep "NO THAT'S NOT TRUE!" stories, in unison, after it gained traction on social media, as if directed to by central media planners.

The way that I figured out that birds aren't real is that all of my science teachers told me that they were real, as if directed to do so by central science planners.

Wow, that would sure really be suspicious if it were at all true.
There's nothing about that disputed. It was all in the WikiLeaks dump. Somehow it was very quickly memory holed in place of some theory about a dungeon below a pizza place.

It has been definitively associated with child sex trafficking by the FBI. Not by randos on the internet.

Don't tell me, guy. Tell it to the FBI.

It is fascinating watching you twist yourself into knots figuring out how to discredit allegations that pictures of children with pizza on Etsy are listed for tens of thousands of dollars as though it's not at all - even vaguely - curious or questionable. Nothing out of the ordinary ever happens as far as you're concerned, does it?

Sounds legit!

Snark isn't an argument.

It's telling that you had to pre-walk back the claim in your edit.

The allegation is not "pictures of children with pizza on Etsy are listed for tens of thousands of dollars.". That was never the allegation, and I never denied that they existed.

If you go back and actually read my posts (that you quoted) you can see where I say things like:

I'm curious but there's so many really dull explanations. My two most likely choices are a person trying to get attention or a bot doing bot things.

It costs nothing to put these listings up. Chances are nobody has ever purchased any of them.

And

there's zero evidence of this being child sex trafficking.

It's curious that you say I'm not curious about the thing that I said I was curious about. It's doubly curious that you quoted me saying that I was curious.

It really raises my suspicions because I read on Twitter that the FBI has definitively associated child sex trafficking with poor eyesight and/or illiteracy.

Nothing was "walked back" in that edit. It was an addition to add emphasis.

I read your posts and it is very clear that your intent here from the start was to dismiss and/or downplay this questionable issue. And at no point did you ever express anything other than derision toward those in this thread who've raised reasonable concerns about it. So spare us your distractions and obfuscations. It's clear what your intent here has been to anyone who simply just reads this thread.

Yes, I am full of derision for "reasonable concerns" about an extended series of nothingburgers. When each fails to pan out it's simply not mentioned anymore, but nobody ever seems to think "Huh, the last 30 of these turned out to be nothing. I wonder if that track record should affect my opinion of #31."

What exactly is not true about my statement? It's still up on WikiLeaks

Since you're so familiar with it, could you find the part about Podesta ordering 14 year old pizzas to his hot tub? My version of WikiLeaks seems to be missing it.
