I have a bunch of work to do to get this particular campground open to about 75-100 campers if wanted.... but we are all waiting on the cfl. patiently waiting, peace kenny

Let me know if I can help.

Wish I could bring someone, but all the camping gear was bought to fit a serious chunk of station wagon--like eighteen feet and nine seat belts' worth of station wagon--and I'm packing it in a car that gets over thirty mpg. I'm hoping I'll fit!

we will add this link to our ronstock08 as soon as my friend gets back from the hospital. He and his wife are having another baby today:), so he is being the excited dad today;)

Get them to name you godfather so you can make us kiss your ring!

Hell, this thread is proof you've made us an offer we can't refuse!

I know the question got raised somewhere, don't remember where exactly- regarding getting more campgrounds listed in the rally lodging page. All of the RV places listed on that page also offer more primitive tenting sites for less as well, with one exception. Dakotah Meadows does not allow tents, instead they have authentic Sioux teepees in place around their acreage, you rent those and they sleep 8-10 I'm told.

Pretty sure they'll add those other RV places to the camping page as well, soon.

Yeah I want to camp too, just not sure I want to do so on a dairy farm. I might try a KOA.

Ain't nothin' wrong with a dairy farm. Sleeping under the stars with a bunch of freedom lovers and spending the days with another 15,000 of them gaining the tools to take back the Republic...

And I thought Operation Live Free or Die was the pinnacle of this campaign. Boy was I wrong.

Hey, if they can make it happen, I'm there! I will keep my hotel reservation though so I can go and take a shower and enjoy a few min of AC before going to all of the different functions!

Can someone give an estimate of when an update will be provided? I really want to camp at the farm, but if I don't get info soon I'll have go ahead and reserve a hotel..

Reserve hotel now, at all hotels i've stayed at, you have until 6PM the day of checkin to cancel without getting charged!

I should caution that its a question you should definitely ask about when reserving, if you think you may change, be sure exactly what the policy is. Strange things happen when 100,000 people converge into a metro in the same week, and standard hotel policies do get changed in some instances.

One particular instance that I'm aware of on the lodging list is that the Comfort Inn in Savage is going to bill your card a $40 cancellation fee if you cancel after some date that they did not clearly specify, so ASK! There were a fair number of hotels that wanted to give us an expensive reserved block, but we declined simply because of both price and a policy of no cancellations, so if you're shopping around outside that list, again- Ask! Know what you're getting into and what the backout policy is.

I'm interested

Me and my brother need somewhere affordable to stay, so this sounds great. After spending $53 for two $15.76 tickets (thanks a lot ticketmaster) I need to cut costs somewhere.

Is there anyone who knows WHERE exactly this organic dairy farm is? I want to take a look at it on Google Earth.
