No one has received ANY matching funds. Please provide a link to prove your assertion.
Mike filed for funds back in September or so, and might have been the only one to file, but no he hasn't received a dime. The FEC is practically shut down.

I'm rather certain McCain has taken matching funds. I don't have the official links right now, but here is an article: http://www.politico.com/news/stories/0108/8158.html I realize this article is before the fact, but I read on this site since that he was taking them. I'm sure you can find a more official report if that is what you need. It's not important enough of an issue for me to go look it up either way.
