who are Hillary supporters? can we convert them?

This is your basic (with extra hot) hillary supporter. She's cute, but misinformed.

This is your basic male hillary supporter. Not much to write home about.

If it's Hillary vs. RP in the general, I have a feeling the neocon base will be happy to vote for RP to beat Hillary.

i am really baffled. how can any sensible, informed human being want to support her over Ron Paul. This is beyond my comprehension! who are her supporters?? we need to help them see the light before it is too late :(

Hillary runs for the welfare-state - with universal health care
on top of the honey cake.

Ron Paul stands on the complete opposite side of the spectrum.
Safe the money for you to decide, smaller government, Troops home,
more freedoms = less dependence on government = power back to the people.

Basically it comes down to:

Hillary: Increase spending for "honey cake".

Paul: Saving the money to let people decide for themselves if they
want to use the bucks for honey cake or not.

:p

They watch Michael Moore docs like his latest one and then deem themselves as "informed".

Hillary gets the support of those who are on the teat of government and various institutions who are nourished thereby, plus plus some unions and sundry misguided do-gooders.

I have a brother-in-law whose family are all Hillary supporters. The guy's a university professor, the wife is a civic activist, and the kids are all intellectuals and artists. They have even met the beast and are beyond hope.

just to state the obvious most of hilarys supporters are women who want to vote for a woman president because they feel 'it is time'

in that case it is possible you will sway some of the hillary supporters but will end up swaying less than the other candidates (in my opinion)

For the same reason my Hillary supporting friend says she's going to vote for Hillary instead of Ron Paul: free healthcare. Plain and simple. Doesn't care about the Constitution or the tax increases that will necessarily come with "free" healthcare, just wants free healthcare. That sums up a lot of America these days.

Too bad, what about future generations who would have worse health care if the government stays involved and prevents progress?

wow. I just did a search on "Hillary forums" on google. You can hardly find a pro hillary forum. all of them anti-hillary forum! this is freaking hilarious. is she buying the gullup polls or what? there is no way she can be leading the polls!!!

I signed up for one with the name Freedom-Maniac. Did you know that they don't even let you choose your own password? They pick it and e-mail it to you. I plan to get in, and then begin innocently spreading the anti-Hillary propoganda saying, "Look what these horrible Ron Paul people wrote. It's not Hillary's fault she voted for the war. That big bad Bush just mislead her. Oh boo, hoo."

People like Hillary because they think it is the job of government to provide social assistance but don't understand the financial quandary we are in.They figure the government is going to spend the money on something, might as well be helping the poor or the environment. The idea of cutting government spending is entirely foreign to them, as is the national debt, the dollar crisis and inflation.

The way to counter these arguments is to make the point that it doesn't matter what services our government "should" perform. That is a philosophical debate. All that matters is that the country can no longer afford to spend at its current levels or we will go bankrupt. It's kind of hard to be charitable when you have nothing to give.

It's been the modern mentality that people believe that money grows on trees, and that the government can pull it out of no where. Worse, they fail to have the logic and intelligence to take care of themselves, so they believe it's the job of the government to raise their children, take care of their health, wipe their rear end...etc.

The younger ones could probably be converted. They don't seem to be as fervent supporters as the middle-aged women. I used to go for Hillary before discovering Ron Paul, but I wasn't enthusiastic about it. She was the "best choice" - considering.

My wife wants to vote for Hillary because she's a woman. No shit that's the only reason why. You can't reason with people like that. I convinced her to vote for Ron Paul in the primaries and that she'd still be able to vote for Hillary in the election.

Anyone who supports universal health care and Roe v Wade?

You're not going to convince those people.

hillary's appeal is to women and thats her only power base. the globalists have already chosen her as their candidate. all the more reason to do all we can to get Congressman Paul's name out there thats really the only poll he loses. Name reccognition
