I already made my donation to the campaign today. I got an extra $25 to give.
Which liberty candidate has a good chance of winning and needs that donation?

Suggestions?

Note: I already gave to massie and with all the other people piling on his bandwagon now I think I will give it to a different one that might need the cash a bit more.

does she actually have a chance? not hating, i just havent' been following. isnt she going up against a republican incumbent?
YAL PAC has vetted all the "liberty candidates" and endorsed the ones they believe have a chance of winning: http://www.yaliberty.org/pac

If you want a federal race apart from Massie, Kurt bills looks like a good choice.

If you are interested in statewide rates, RPF's Chris Hightower is running in KY.

Or Amash.
But all of those are good.

Yeah, having another senator would be huge... but I'd hate to lose Amash and I haven't given to him this cycle.
Anybody know how Amash is doing? Is his seat somewhat secure? Is he really hurting for fundraising?

My understanding is that he is in a dicey position, and particularly having lost Glen's seat, I'd hate to lose that one.

Also, while Amash isn't perfect, he seems more pure than I suspect Bills is. Bills is more a big improvement on the other guy, has a few really good planks, and would owe his election to Ron.

Forgot about Amash. It's important not to lose Amash's seat. If Amash too loses along with Glen, then it will be a big setback to the liberty movement, and you will see more people running away from us.

Please consider Ken Vaughn in VA-11. He's not the most perfect liberty candidate but he's far and away the best this CD could produce, and his opponent is a firebreathing warmonger who owns a government lobbying firm focused on military adventurism.

Amash will not be challenged in the primary. He will definitely need help for the general, which is in November.

If you are planning to give today, I would say to give to Massie again. His race is so important because it is a safe Republican seat, meaning whoever wins, they will probably be the Congressman until they decide to retire. It's also not a sure win.

That is hardly a ringing endorsement. But what are his chances anyways?

Is that ^ a fact?

If it is that is great. I'm not sure what the issue was, maybe the Dems were making a push and he was redistricted or something? I honestly don't remember. I just read a concern for him back several months and made a mental note to donate. Glen Bradley losing his race brought it starkly to mind. But I don't really know the current state of Amash's race.

It appears to be factual. Angelatc knows whats up.

District 3 (Kent, Calhoun) Safe Republican.
Republican state rep. Justin Amash won the primary to replace moderate Republican Vern Ehlers, who retired rather than face a strong primary challenge. Amash is a libertarian in the mold of Rep. Ron Paul. He has stepped on some toes in Washington, most notably getting into a spat with the NRA over procedural objections to a gun rights bill. There were repeated rumors that someone would challenge Amsah in the Republican primary, but nobody has. Amash remains the favorite. Moderate democrat former state rep. Steve Pestka and leftist Trevor Thomas will compete for their nomination.

So it won't be Amash getting my $ today. (Rep. Amash, if you read this: you will get a general election donation from me if you keep up the good work).

So still taking suggestions.

Take your pick!

Green Purity indicates endorsement by Ron Paul.
Lined-out candidates have dropped out or been eliminated.

MONEYBOMB TODAY! 9:00AM PST $161,189.85. GO! GO! GO! TELL YOUR FRIENDS, DONATE AS MUCH AS YOU CAN. The world is watching with baited breath, hoping that Ron Paul is elected - to restore sanity, not only in America, but to ignite the movement worldwide. IT'S UP TO US!

Kurt Bills will likely be winning the endorsement at the MN state Republican convention tomorrow. I'd hold off donating until then. If he somehow doesn't win the endorsement (not likely), he'll be dropping out. If he does win the endorsement, then he'll need all the money he can get because he'll be running for senate against Amy Klobuchar who reportedly already has $5 million in campaign funds.

You can also consider giving to the Iowa GOP. The Iowa GOP has gotten a lot of bad press for slowing donations since we gained control of the party.

There's a donate link on the top right:
