Where is Truckin' Mike?

I'm in Laredo, Tx this morning. I'll be picking up an oversize load headed for Tallahassee, Fl. I will be watching for any and every RP sign along the way.

Oh yeah, Laredo has been officially SHAMED! So you better get ready, you could be next!!!

Truckinmike

Come through Portland Oregon one of these days mike! You won't be disappointed!

Make it up to northeast PA!! Between Stroudsburg and Hazleton, you'll be seeing signs all over I80 (and I81.)

I sure would like to head up y'alls way... In fact, out of Florida I usuallly make it up to Maine or canada... I just might be making it through Pa. And It would be an honor to present you folks with the coveted Truckinmike Sign Sighting Award!!!:D

But for now, Capt. Parker and I are in the business of SHAMING Laredo.

I think me and Parker are only supporters here. However, we did get a chance to talk with a couple of folks... who knows maybe they'll turn.:)

Note: "A shame campaign is a tactic in which particular individuals are singled out because of their behavior or suspected crimes, often by marking them publicly." He he he Ho Ho ho

Holy cow, you got that sign up high!

I ran an a business for 8 years using only 18x24 coroplast signs. They worked great. I learned that competitors would rip them down, thus I began placing them high. So high, that they would have to get a big ladder to get to them. Its easy to beat lazy people. Just work a little harder.

On a bad note, we are experiencing the same attitude with anti-Ron Paul folks. They would gladly tear a RP sign down, but not if they have to get a ladder. They are Too lazy.:D

Truckinmike

we had someone take down signs that were beyond reach. We have a 6.5 ft "sign stapler" gadget that gets signs a decent height up... Not as good as yours, but I thought it was sufficient. Guess someone was really not a fan of RP

i happen to know springfield mo is covered with signs, theres a few on I70 coming down from iowa thru missouri, also a few on I44 from springfield to tulsa, and youll see plenty coming into tulsa as well, just look on the exit ramps :)

I'm always spamming the street light poles, bike racks, random signs, sidewalks and anything else that is legal public property. If people see it when they are walking or biking, you can guarantee that I'm gonna get a sticker there. Its kind of subtle because some of the stickers are small, but I think it is going to have an effect on some people. People stick all kinds of other stickers in those places anyway.

Don't take us foot soldiers for granted. The Ron Paul internet army is everywhere: on the ground, on the sea, in the air, on the streets, on the web, and even inside the GOP. We are taking over this country.

Pretty cool that you got Captain Parker to hold still for the picture. Trying to take a picture of my dog is a challenge. She is always looking away from the camera or running off.

Thanks.. Thats exactly what I needed!!! Its much better than that clip art I found.

And

"...Captain Parker to hold still for the picture"
---- not really, it took a couple of tries.

and

Peacemonger

have you found a particularly good spot for bumper stickers? (other than a bumper)I have a million of them.

and

"...theres a few on I70 coming down from iowa thru missouri, also a few on I44'
--- I make it through there every month or so, I can't wait to see them!:D

Man you came too soon. Our next sign even will be a banner blitz down I-10 and I-65.

Hey Truckin' Mike,
Ever think of leaving a bunch of "Free" Ron Paul CDs at truck stops for fellow truckers to listen to on their long drives? (Sorry for the ignorance....do most of you listen to CDs by the way?)

Creating the CDs is easy. Just download some of the MP3's from ronpaulaudio.com and burn them. I use the Cafferty commentary as Track 1 and the Laura Knoy Interview or Google Interview or Taft speech as Track 2.

Just an idea. You seem to be a busy guy though.

Signs get taken down real quick here in St. Louis. Hope you spot some on 55 or 44!

unklejman...Send me a pic and I'll honor y'all with the Coveted Truckinmike Sign Sighting Award.:D

And

shadowhooch... i prefer to hand them out individually. However, in the last truck stop, I left a small stack... along with some slim jims. It was an exceptionally good spot. Usually this is not the case. I only left them because it was so visible, normally I would not do that.

Most "drivers", regard themselves as patriotic, constitution minded folks. But the hurdle comes in where Hannity leaves off. If you know what i mean. So I've been gently exposing them to Ron PAul.

And SIGNS.... PUT them real HIGH! 12 feet or greater. And remain vigilant, don't let the nay sayers get you down.

If you can find a sign that carries a message with it, its much better than the "Hope for America" -- the non-informative approach.

If I had the time I would print these:
