if it's the one about the legislators "voting for " one another, it's not really shennanigans. they arrange to do that, and if a legislator really wanted to prevent that, all they would have to do is take their voting key with them. the tv station made a big deal about nothing just to make a story.

Aren't these jokers supposed to be present to vote? What are they paid to do?

Come on now! If they miss a vote, it should be counted as a no-show for that legislator!

perhaps you would like to be able to go to the restroom without missing a vote, or maybe getting a meal, or whatever if it was you. it still remains that they could take their key with them and they choose not to. much ado about nothing!
