When will they make a movie about all this?

And I'm not talking about "For Liberty"...

I'm talking about an all inlcusive, emotional drama about this revolution, with all it's triumphs as well as its defeats.

And I'm not just talking about the election either... I want something big, something that would truly honor Dr. Paul for all he has done but with a message that it is really up to us to take it from here.

Anybody else like to see a movie like that? Kind of a tribute/political drama/documentary/ad infinitum

It is not going to be neocon leaning hollywood, if it happened would be a rebel producer like the maker of "Passion of the Christ".

And Mel Gibson has been paying for it ever since.

I believe that for such a film to be lasting, it needs to be in a history setting with a "fictional" story- like The Patriot. Even a fantasy setting is a good choice if done well- ie Lord of the Rings, The Matrix, V for Vendetta.

Much as I love what we have accomplished and what we will eventually accomplish, what "story" is there yet? Ides of March was a great movie, for example, but I don't know what we have that would be entertaining to anyone outside of the Liberty movement.

I agree... it would be about how the r3v0lution got started and it blew up in 2007/2008. I would hope it was about the message of freedom and it's current standard bearer (Dr. Paul). I also would hope that the movie would not have finality, but rather a "the rest is up to you" type of inspirational crescendo.

It could really be epic.

I think that once we get a BIG win, it would have a lot more gravitas. If Randy wins the nomination, we'd have the juice we need to pull it off, I think. You could play the father-son angle, too.

Doesn't a movie need a good ending other than failure. As right now, the movie would be about a group getting crushed by the establishment. I don't want to see that movie.

REMINDER: WE LOST, by any rational standard.
