when the voters learn Jeb Bush's basic positions, he will lose support

People will shift their positions quicker than you can say "WTF!" Saw it with GWB and foreign policy.

Bush walks into the race with Texas and Florida pretty much cinched. Stopping him is literally going to take a miracle.

Rick Perry was supposed to have Texas locked up in 2012. And Ghouliani was supposed to run away with the nomination in 2008 by just repeating "9/11" ad nauseum. Rubio could take Florida and Cruz could take Texas. Of course that would require both of them to last that long which is itself questionable.

Yeah....those supporters never materialized for Ghouliani or Rick Perry. Rick Perry killed his candidacy by saying that if you don't want to educate the children of illegal aliens you don't have a heart.

So there's not guarantee that Bush will be the favorite of anybody who currently doesn't like him. What happened last two elections is that as candidate after candidate dropped out, Ron didn't really pick up that support. It's imperative this go round that when Ben Carson and Mike Huckabee and Ted Cruz drop out Rand picks up their supporters. I suspect the well is too poisoned to pick up the Rubio supporters.

Exactly spot on. We are really good at poisoning wells, though. Makes us feel good about ourselves.
