I used to love Lou and watched nightly. I completely stopped watching him several weeks ago . . .

Exactly. He's a pressure valve. He's the place for the unwashed masses to turn when they feel like nobody's listening. He's just a cog in the same machine as Hannity, his assignment is just a little different.

While it's good that Dobbs recognizes that the single greatest threat to our way of life is Spanish-speaking taco vendors, I wish he would be nicer to Paul.

Unity Party Bet Hedge

I've been thinking about it for a while now, and I think Lou & Co. are actively promoting the potential 3rd party candidacy of Bloomberg. If you watch closely, you'll see the new spots CNN runs for Lou Dobbs that prominently feature phrases like, "Americans are INDEPENDENT", "INDEPENDENT this and INDEPENDENT that", etc. The way I see it, Lou disses our man b/c he wants to promote the notion that there is no other option than an independent candidate run.

I'm thinking he's pimping Bloomberg with maybe himself as a VP candidate.

That's the only possible reason I can come up with for Lou Dobbs ignoring the elephant in America's living room, Ron Paul.
