People can avoid the cost of making a call using Google Voice if they have access to fast internet.
That's not too uncommon in the morning. Completing a survey in 20 minutes is probably right on track.I gave it a shot, made about 10-15 calls this morning. 90% of the people did not answer, or were not available. I only talked to one person who would not let me finish the long list of "important issues."![]()

I don't actually read out the whole list of important issues (or candidates). I throw a few issues if they sound unsure, but I just ask "what are your top two issues for a republican candidate?" And for the candidates, "if the Republican primary were today, who would you vote for, or if you're undecided?"
I loved it when at the end I say "This survey was paid for by the Ron Paul presidential campaign" wahahah![]()

Okay, everyone, please pardon me for being blunt, but we are running out of time.
To cut right to the heart of the matter: How many here would be willing to do campaign calls if phone costs were NOT a problem??
Do people just want practice doing the poll with someone before doing it with the campaign?
I know some people are worried about minutes.
If you have any type of "friends and family" or unlimited minutes to a number you can simply use (603) 769-4760 as that number and get unlimited calls. I've done this on my verizon plan and can verify that it works.
