Intense terror, followed by a rush of thoughts of how to act to improve the country's oft-cited statistics to help ensure Ron Paul isn't a one-term president, nor the last truly conservative president the country ever has in my lifetime.
I'd love to see Ron pushing his policy changes through as President and people show him the respect he deserves. The troop withdrawals, dealing with the FED and all the potential good he could do in the ill conceived drug war, would be massive.
I will laugh, cry, dance, hug my family, run around town like a merry madman, take everyone I know out for Chinese food, and smoke the most expensive cigar I can find!
I have no shame in saying this as a grown man, but I will cry until it hurt. Of course they will be tears of joy and then I will throw a party with an open invitation to everyone on this forum.
I suspect I would react somewhat like Randy Marsh did in the South Park episode about Obama being elected. The next day would be back to work on making sure we get more into office at all levels all across the country.
Remember, there are no political saviors. The den of thieves and globalists will not bend over and take constitutional government. Yes, a Paul presidency would greatly stifle their evil plans, but it's up to us to change this country.
I'd be cheering and call into work the next day, celebrating at a bar with as many local RP supporters as possible. Then the next morning I'd wake up, hungover on prospective Liberty, and book a flight and hotel to Washington DC on Jan 18th to be there for the inauguration. Then I'd come home and get to work on my state gov't.
