Russert ask Romney a question about Reagan in 1983, if he would do the same. Someone off-camera clued Romney into what it was Reagan did in '83. (raised taxes)

In other words, Romney didn't have a clue what Russert was talking about and someone off camera gave him a clue.

There was whispering right before Romney answered his question on Reagan and Social Security...it sounded like the whispering said "Raise taxes" and then Romney responded, "Well I'm not going to raise taxes." Did anybody else notice that?
