What the Frack?!?! People need to chill out about Fracking.

I live in PA although about 100 miles from where the fracking is going on. Our liberty group is concerned about it and currently learning more about it.

The second video I posted was with an actual scientist and I think he discussed PA. It's basically a couple incidents of people doing a shitty job. Anything you do half assed is bound to have issues.

You have to wonder how much more cautious they would be if it we had a free market and they were required to compensate in full for damages.
 
I head about this fracking stuff... I wouldn't want my water tasting like fart lol.
 
I know the person that invested/invented and sold the process to the oil companies.....I drew some of the first diagrams for him of the horizontal fracture processes.....ehh.

Putting toxic chemicals in the ground that do come back up is not a good thing. The companies that operate like this are pretty much exempt from every restriction on the books and can do what ever the hell they want. Do you think this would even be possible if someones bottom like wasnt at stake? They dont give a shit about us, they only give a shit about how much money and power and control they can get, the people be damned.

I am no way an expert on this topic but I have family in PA so I tried to keep up w/ the situation;
It seems to me that these companies are allowed to shoot any pressurized combination of chemicals they need to get the job done. Many of the areas in PA that this is being done are filled w/ rural poverty and don't have the resources to stand up to these companies. This being said they need to watched with a close eye.
 
I really don't know how I feel about this as a Pennsylvanian, but I'm from Northeastern PA so I'm rather far from all this stuff.
