RFK Jr. Seeks To End Rule Allowing Food Companies To Bypass FDA Ingredient Approval

You're assuming the government can do that. Normally they make things worse.

What about tobacco, should we ban that? That's got to be worse than red dye #3.

What about beer?

We don't treat alcohol and tobacco the same way we do food. Alcohol and tobacco is taxed significantly and you can't buy it if you are under 21 typically.

Nobody is saying to ban Coca Cola but we don't let them put cocaine in it.

People can still buy cocaine. They could probably put it in their Coca Cola if they wanted to. I have never met someone who does though.
