What is the plan in Tampa?

Does anyone know...

Wait until after all the conventions to ask. We need to know how many delegates we have.

However, with five states we can nominate Ron Paul on the floor and he can give a nomination speech, unedited, as a matter of right. It would be the first time that happened since 1976. Being historic, and with all media present, it would be high profile. It would cement his influence as leader of the opposition (this is why Santorum is jumping in, to at least try to make sure there are 'two leaders of the opposition' continuing to split the conservatives, however, there will be many things his supporters should agree with us on, and I expect Ron will have more true and actual delegates there. Romney's credentials committee will have big influence on that, however, which I'm sure tickles him.) Then delegates would at least have a choice. With six states, or coalitions creating six states supporting specific issues Ron can bring and pass motions. Rules will be created to govern the next election and future RNCs. Leadership of the national party will be created and solidified, and we want to be part of the people needed for them to hold seats and get what we can as we start to take back the party. Conservatives will actually DO BUSINESS at the party convention for the first time in a generation.

But until all the state conventions are over, we don't know what we can do.

+1
Does anyone know if they show all the usually boring details on CSPAN, or is the only TV at prime time?

I agree. But if he isn't going to be nominated, (and he is still in the race if we can get him enough delegates, he just doesn't see a count for them) what is the best thing you want him to do? What about saying to the GOP what they should do and continue to lead, ideologically, the faction that intends to do that?

Could I pose this possibility: Oh, and just to get it out of the way I am not one of the blind Paul fanatics who is looking for any excuse to explain things. I think Ron is still the guy we believe he is, however, family can be peoples weak point. I think he knows Jesse's letter was a bad thing, but he's not going to bash or fire his granddaughters husband.

I don't think he agrees with what Rand did but Rand is a grown man and I'm sure Ron said you do what you think is best and I'll do the same.

We ALL do things for family we wouldn't normally do, and we all have disagreements with our family, but we still sit down with them and have dinner at night.

Since I live here, I am kind of thinking about hanging out around the convention in some choice spots and getting as close to and staying as close to it as I can. I'd like to go in to stealth mode myself, try to sneak in to a few places where I am not supposed to be and play dumb. heh.

That is certainly a possibility. The thing is we don't know and going nuts over it doesn't help. RON is still RON though.
