Falsely accuse Ron Paul of being a racist DURING MULTIPLE debates: Ethical! OK!

Accurately report factual information BEFORE ONE debate: HOW DARE WE!

The more crap that come out early with these candidates maybe there is a better chance we could wake people up. Wish this was a little bit earlier in the race that this came out, but o well.

the end of Newt

Lets hope it comes out during tomorrow night's debate. Cuz if it doesn't, he maintains his edge... a totally useless pumping by the media. Just like Santorum & Huntsman...

Now they are getting so blatant that they pump his campaign, and DANGLE the fucking end of his campaign in front of us, saying they'll air it AFTER SC. After he gets his 2nd place delegates, and just in time to strengthen the choice of Romney for Florida (which they've been boosting all along).

1) it will leak out
or
2) she can take it to another network

Umm no, that wouldn't be considered credible by the MSM at all...

RE: Bohemian Grove

Hell yes they know it's credible since the Bohemian Grove stuff has been confirmed many times over the years. There are probably ABC employees that have attended. AJ has done documentaries on it, fwiw. Newt is a well known attendant of the festivities there. I wouldn't be surprised if ABC isn't deciding about the "ethics" of releasing such info before the primary but rather the "ethics" of whether to publicize Bohemian Grove and/or the rampant gay activity in the upper levels of government. Unless ABC is completely in Newt's pocket (which I don't think they are) there's no reason to not release this information unless it could damage people NOT related to Gingrich's campaign. Why interview his ex-wife the week of the primary if they weren't interested in the dirt they could dig up??? Now that they have dirt they want to play like it's an ethics issue to release it? Please. They were told some really explosive shit that could bring down others and they're trying to decide whether to be real journalists for once or just propaganda figures.

(This post is hypothetical and is assuming it's BG/gay related)

The uncertainty this causes is likely to throw fence sitters. Who wants to invest their vote in a guy who has ABC carrying his baggage?

Do you want this bomb dropped now, or later in the process? I have a hunch that ABC will hold onto this as long as possible, and it will come out right around the time the OBL death photos show. In fact, they might as well make a box set - "OBL death vid", with the Newt ex "true confessions".

"So, what's the weather like in lala-land?"

That's what the interviewer would have asked if she started talking about the Grove, get real. It's a story with no legs at all.

from twitter:

DEVELOPING: Responding to ABC News, Newt Gingrich challenges ex-wife to 7 Lincoln-Douglas style debates.

Didn't someone say the interviewer at ABC tweeted that he thinks this will air tomorrow?

ABC Insider: Marianne Gingrich Interview Likely To Air Before Primary; Gingrich Daughters Respond
CHARLESTON, S.C. -- The Drudge Report began teasing political reporters Wednesday that a TV network is holding a "bombshell campaign interview." And soon, Drudge revealed that the network in question, ABC, had conducted a two-hour interview with Marianne Gingrich, ex-wife of Newt Gingrich, that may not run until after the South Carolina primary. The decision, Drudge reported, sparked a "civil war" at the network.

ABC staffers were caught by surprise at the news, telling The Huffington Post that if there was a "civil war," they hadn't heard about it. That doesn't mean there wasn't debate among ABC executives over when to air the interview, but simply that the war certainly wasn't raging through the newsroom.

It also looks like the interview will air before Saturday's South Carolina primary after all. One ABC insider said that the Gingrich interview, conducted with Brian Ross, will likely air on Thursday night.

Latest rumor seems to be that they will air a segment. Probably to hype the full interview even more and to give the other networks a clip to run over and over while the talking heads speculate.
