What happened to the $$$ ticker on the RP08 site?

Is it just me or did the money ticker disappear? I wanted to see $20 Mill.

Not only is it not there, Ronpaulgraphs.com shows a negative 6.4 million for the day. That would explain why the ticker isn't on the site, but what the hell is going on? I came to the forums to see if someone else knew. Any info would be appreciated.

Well, the answer is obvious, actually...

The facts:

Before the last moneybomb, I predicted we would raise $6M dollars. That came true.

Second, I suggested in that same post that the campaign would turn around and spend that money on a bionic man to canvass at bionic speeds.

Ergo, they OBVIOUSLY took my advice, but because the Iowa caucus and NH primary are coming up so quickly, they had to have him shipped next day air, hence the extra $400,000.

my guess is that something went wrong mathematically - maybe they didn't write their equations to compute such LARGE numbers! - and so they are taking it down temporarily, i doubt that it will remain off since it is such a driving force of the campaign and even Ron brags about having his numbers live to the public.

That would be like my guess. Huckabee is doing a $1,000,000 money bomb on December 27th, so maybe national will put a new widget up with a multi million dollar goal to finish out the quarter. Then they will add everything up with online donations so January first there might be a little surprise for the media.

The logical thing to conclude is that the ronpaul2008.com site was criminally hacked.

Otherwise, the feed would not be visible on other sites showing roughly $11M raised instead of $18M plus. The reason the ronpaulgraphs.com site is showing a drop of $6.4 million is because the numbers from the official site are feeding that value into the data stream which ronpaulgraphs.com monitors.
