Want to build a 4wd veggie burning mad max SUV or pickup with an exceptional camper shell.

I have a 86 toyota 4x4 diesel project. Its off the road right now. It has a factory 22RE-Turbo w/ blown turbo bearing. I have a 2L Toyota Diesel sitting in the bed; supposed to be a bolt up swap from 15mpg to 32mpg. Everything was highway good to go, last thing it did was drive cross country (blowing blue smoke because of the turbo). Its been sitting 2 years. 120k Tennessee chassis 80k diesel motor.
