Presidents day sounds like an excuse for a banking holiday, I dont imagine it doing well to raise money when banks are closed-- just my opinion.

Definitely not november, definitely not december. DEFINITELY January. Sometime around/before CPAC. earlier than last time. The first debate is in april and he needs to get in some national polls and do well if he wants to be invited.
