The Caucus starts at 7 PM? What....that seems awfully late.

It starts at 7:00. By state law the vote can't start before 7:30 and must begin before 8:00pm. In other words the actual voting occurs between 7:30 and 8:00pm. You have to be there at 7:00 however to be sign in and be part of official business. Also, to be truly effective you should stick around afterward to be elected as a delegate or alternate for the next level.

In that case, I think we have a heck of a shot to GOTV. 9am virtually across the board in NV was GOP Bull#hit, removing all the caucus sites at the Las Vegas Strip which would have alllow hundreds of young people and hispanics to vote without leaving casino or service work. My guess is those two things cut out vote totals by 20%.
