What converted you to Ron Paul? What is your personal story?

When I listened to him speak.

Later I read the books, End the Fed and Revolution. To cement my political stance was my run in with the state and the incarceration system. I learned there much of what he says is true, further I learned of how people are treated. I knew that what I had been through could never be taken back but perhaps I could help prevent others from enduring the psychological affair - maybe I could help others avoid invasions of privacy - maybe I could help others if I support Dr. Paul and liberty. So I do.

Rudy! Rudy! Rudy!

(I was interested in Paul before that debate moment, but that thing sealed it for me.)

During a 2007 debate, Ron Paul was talking about Israel saying that they were big boys and that they could handle their own problems. (which I agree, does anyone remember the war where Israel defeated Egypt in just 6 days) Then Huclkeberry stepped back and chastised Ron Paul for what he said. I voted for Ron Paul in the primaries in Illinois that year and I will vote for him this year. I have never contributed one dime to any politician until this year, which I have given Ron Paul the max $2500.00. When people ask me "how can I afford this", I say, "How can I not afford it" as Ron Paul says "I'm trying to change history".
