What can we do to catalyze momentum for the campaign?

Proof of voter fraud in Iowa being exposed and aired out, and proof of voter fraud in other states being proven, would be huge. Like an alarm clock going off.

You plus repped him for that, did you? So did I.

How would one prove what you suggest?

Yes. I did. :)

Ron needs a breakout performance at tomorrow's debate. The spark he needs is to connect with the average voter. I think he could say something like this:

"Folks, we are now $15 Trillion in debt. The President just requested another $1.2 Trillion increase in the debt which will take us to over $16 Trillion. Come election day, we will be looking at $17 Trillion in debt. We have GOT to cut back on our spending. We are spending this country into bankruptcy. NO other candidate on this stage is serious about cutting spending. My proposal is to cut 1$ Trillion the first year. As radical as that sounds, do you realize we will still be running a budget deficit?

Ladies and gentlemen, we are squandering our children's future and we're messing up today pretty well, too! Last year we spent over $400 Billion just in interest on our debt. This figure will only increase along with our debt. At some point in the near future, we won't even be able to borrow enough money to pay for our necessary expenses. If you think my budget proposal is radical, wait until that day comes and see what our choices are. We MUST rein in our debt while we can still make choices. If we delay, the choices will be made for us. We have to shrink government, shrink our budget and shrink our foreign commitments. That is the only approach that will see us through this mess."

Our best shot was Iowa. From there the momentum was supposed to push forward.

As long as there are morons who do whatever their idiot boxes tell them to do, there will always be a media to steal from the freedom movement.

We just gotta keep doing the best we can and build our base. I don't think 2012 is in the cards but if we keep pushing, we'll be that much stronger when Rand takes the helm.

Our FIRST shot was Iowa, not our best shot. Our best OUTCOME would have been Iowa, but that demographic wasn't tailor made for Ron, he did as well as he did because he spent tons of time there letting them get to know and trust him. He won't have that time luxury elsewhere, but in South Dakota, for example, he shouldn't need it, either. And he has been laying groundwork in caucus states.

But Ron is skipping major campaigning in Florida to give us and the campaign a jump start on later states, not a break, and we need to use this time, or it will have been for nothing.

Less bitching, more doing. That is the only answer to this. Get out and shake hands and talk to people. Go to a local event and hand out literature or go to a retirement home and give a five minute presentation and take questions and then hang out and talk to a few people and ask if they need help filling out absentee ballots... But for christ' sake bitching on the interwebs doesn't put voters at the polls.

Everyone on this Forum needs to get involved in their own State's Ron Paul Campaign Operation RIGHT NOW!!!

There has only been three States that have had primaries/caucus's and Iowa's is still on going.

Complaining or offering suggestions is fine, but frankly working your tail off for Ron in your State is the best action to take!!!

My God, look at the Florida Ron Paul Grassroots/Supporters busting their tails for Ron right now!!! No Official Campaign Support or Presence. Yes, the odds are long, but their love of Liberty and determination to prevail should inspire us all to stop bitching and

GET TO WORK FOR LIBERTY!!! AND GOTV FOR RON PAUL!!!

I think we did a hell of a job here in NH.

What you say is all well and good, but Ron needs to make the most of the national exposure that he only gets at the debates. After what?....17 debates or so and we still see him fumbling with predictable questions and not making his case for undecided voters. People like him for his economic policies...that is what should be highlighted.

i am a firm believer that if our current financial situation continues on in the same path, We will go bankrupt(we are basically there now) i am sure everyone here agrees with this. It would bring our country to its knees and cripple us!! I love rons message with his budget proposal, he has said what he plans to do a million times (cutting 1 trillion first year) and thats great HOWEVER, i really dont think his message is SINKING IN to the american people, and why isnt it sinking in? because the average american voter is a fkn retart and has absolutely no idea what the hell is even going on in our country!!!!! so what i think ron NEEDS TO DO, to make his message sink in to the minds of the american people, is he has to explain to the american people what will happen to THEM when america does go bankrupt!!!! he needs to tell them in what ways it will effect them!! a perfect example of this is the recent sopa bill, up until the sopa bill americans just dint give a sht because for the vast majority nothing these guys were talking about would effect them, however once people found out that this sopa bill would affect their internet, PEOPLE WENT FKN BIZERK!!!! there was like a sudden awakening and america fought back!!! Ron has to send the message to everyone about How THEY WILL BE AFFECTED IF OUR COUNTRY GOES BANKRUPT@@ than he can go on about his budget plans to prevent this from happening to them!!!

I think Zero Percent income tax rate might get a lot of voters interested, also, as has also been suggested before, when he is asked awkward or deliberately leading questions, he could try words to the effect, Well, I would do X and if people want to know a little bit more of my policy on X, they can go to youtube and watch a few of my speeches on X.
And I also think a GREAT line for him would be, 'we shouldn't be building bases in Iraq or Afghanistan, we should being going back to the moon and building them there'.

Actually, it turns off masses of people who see it as evidence he is not practical. That is the principle he strives towards, but his actual platform is in the Restore America Plan.

And I wonder how you expect to have zero income tax and bases on the moon...

Easy...look in the camera and ask for the the damn vote.

He needs to butt in (during newt and mittens cat fighting)and declare incredulously that "this is a joke". Look into the camera and ask the citizens "Is this what you want? I cannot do a damn thing until I get your vote."

This ^

I have a novel idea. How about those that claim to support Ron Paul, especially the under 30 crowd, get their butts out of the house and actually SHOW UP to the voting booth and pull the lever, instead of "accidently" forgetting its election day. It was the paltry youth vote that lost Iowa and probably kept us out of third in SC.
