What are you listening to?

When you're doing the dishes or going through junk mail but want to feel like you're in an Ocean's Eleven montage...

Most of their stuff is instrumental and most of those are pretty good. Enjoy!

And the world seemed a little more honest
And I remember me and you"

Remember when the left were allies on the issue of anti-war? Yeah, that was quite a time...

This is by far my favorite rendition of this song.

The whole mid 70s, autumn festival in New England vibe is just like home to me.

Enjoy.

Brought back memories of Smokey Greene's Bluegrass Festivals - which made me look up Smokey Greene, only to find he'd passed away this year. One of my Dad's old drinking buddies.

I have romantic memories of the Adirondacks and western New England from 60 years ago. It's a place I'd like to move back to and wind out my years in; but I realize it's just a romantic memory and nothing else. Lake Champlain is basically a weekend home for people from NYC. I've been checking out the Finger Lakes region, and even that seems to be contaminated with NYC spillover.
