This morning, I was listening to Bill Bennett's morning show, and the host actually noted the Bachmann/Pawlenty duel, and then the Santorum/....uh....Everybody Else duel.

I swear, they have been instructed not to say the name RON PAUL.

It was quite amusing, if not infuriating.

Heard ABC news update right after the debate. Something like "Fireworks errupted tonight at the debate in Ames..." (were planted, by the questioning) and then they played two lame clips of Pawlenty and Bachmann.

I'm ok with that, except Bachmann is going to get a sympathy bump from the 'submissive' question. Our eyes right now are on Saturday, at least, mine are.

Glenn Beck this morning was criticizing Ron's response on Iran.
I'd like for GB to have Ron on so he could give a full explanation.

Heard Huckabee state that Ron was the loser of the debate with his Iran statement

And that was aimed at Huckabee supporters which are many in Iowa.

I wish that question hadn't come up, or that Ron had headed off the way it would be spun, but that isn't what happened, so there it is.

FM talk radio in my area admittedly didn't watch the debate, but their news update mentioned a few things about Mitt, Bachmann, and Newt. No acknowledgement at all that RP even exists or that his views are those that most align with the professed views of the hosts.

My rightwing neocon newscast actually played a Ron Paul soundbite...I think it was the one about ending the wars and saving trillions. I was shocked.

Mark Davis had John Bolton on this morning for a neocon reacharound.

Has been railing on Paul all morning calling him a humbling idiot and "blame America" for Iran wanting a nuke. My blood is boiling right now. Had some fake rp supporter on who couldn't defend anything, made him look awesome, bet that wasn't orchestrated at all...

Davis is allowed to fill-in for one of the national neocons once in a while so it's obvious that he'd pull this kind of stunt.

"Neocon reacharound" made me LOL. That'd be a great name for a show.

Rush Limbaugh just said Ron Paul's kookyness will destroy the republican party.

We can only hope so Rush...

We need to stop worrying about what these people say. Ron gave very logical responses to the Iran question. WE, as in US, as in RP supporters, need to go on the offensive to keep promoting the logic. I think the establishment has backed themselves into a corner here. They blather on about reducing spending, but want to spend trillions on war. Don't worry about the talking head shills; get the message out to our neighbors, co-workers, families, etc.

No what they say influences thousands of voters. Proof: Steve Deace gave a 3 hour drive time Huckathon on his show everyday last time around on WHO and guess who won the Iowa caucus????

John - I didn't make my point clear. The talking heads aren't going to be persuaded. Worrying about them is a waste of time. Spinning the message to meet their expectations means they win. Ron makes logical points.

Mark Lavin talked about Ron alot tonight. Lol funny as hell. I am thinking that will get some search results for Ron. I wonder if back in the day they had it out or what. He just kept going on and on.

I'm so pissed about Iran question also, and not happy about answer at all. It would do harm. And, I'm sorry to say, but Ron have lousy advisors. When answering Santorum, he needed to mention his military donations, also that he is only one of all them on the stage to actually serve in the Army, and it would be nice if he mentioned that Romney was in Mittens protection program in France, spreding Mormon faith, at the time he was serving in Vietnam. He should go on offensive when confronted with questions about his so called isolationisam. He should ask other candidates how many of them have children serving in Army. He should ask them do they know how many soldiers lose their arms and legs in Avganistan just last month, and to say he can bet nobody knows. He should say that it is easy to be brave with lives of other people's children at stake. He should sound angry. That would be point to improve his ratings among women.

Huckabee is the loser by putting Israel first and America second.
If you love Israel so much, then move to Israel and leave us alone.
The same goes for all the political whores in Washington and the entire MSM.
And those who thrive on the paychecks of AIPAC, SHAME ON YOU!
