What are the talk (radio/tv) show hosts saying? Post here:

I remember how freaked out everyone was about Ron's OBL statements, yet he is still surging in the polls! Statements Ron made are exactly what the American people need to hear! Some people you can just calmly convince that things need to change, some people need to splashed with a ice cold bucket of truth to really shock them out of their brainwashing. The statements were a plus, the debate was a plus, and Ron and our movement will benefit from this.

ps If you are still worried, just remember that Americans have ADHD and many do not hang on every word of the debates, the press, and the internet blogosphere. We're junkies and are we very sensitive to this, but America as a whole, isn't this hardcore guys!

Yes, he is surging, and thank God he is. Bit without OBL statement, and last night "It's ok if Iran wants to have nukes" statement, he would be surging even more. And yes, people do not hang on every word of the debates, but Fox and such creeps are, so they would repeat "Ron Paul want Iranians to have nukes so they can nuke Israelis into the sea!", and repeat it, and repeat it...

I'm so pissed about Iran question also, and not happy about answer at all. It would do harm. And, I'm sorry to say, but Ron have lousy advisors. When answering Santorum, he needed to mention his military donations, also that he is only one of all them on the stage to actually serve in the Army, and it would be nice if he mentioned that Romney was in Mittens protection program in France, spreding Mormon faith, at the time he was serving in Vietnam. He should go on offensive when confronted with questions about his so called isolationisam. He should ask other candidates how many of them have children serving in Army. He should ask them do they know how many soldiers lose their arms and legs in Avganistan just last month, and to say he can bet nobody knows. He should say that it is easy to be brave with lives of other people's children at stake. He should sound angry. That would be point to improve his ratings among women.

I wish you were one of his advisers.

We really need to be pushing the meme that "Ron Paul is strongest on Iran because only he will stop telling Israel what they can and can not do, and therefore only with Ron Paul as President of the United States will Israel be free to destroy Iran if they want to."

He didn't say it was ok if Iran wanted to have nukes he said it WASN'T ok to go to war just because someone fantasizes that a country that can't even refine all its own gasoline will attack us with a nuke despite not even having an airforce sufficient to reach us. That everyone surrounding them had a war, some of whom weren't so friendly, and what make Iran so different that we need six wars when we are cutting social security people paid in for all their lives.

However, OBL comments pushed his poll numbers down for a MONTH and we don't need that again.

The damage is done, they painted this guy a hardcore nut since 2007, since then he has only gained in popularity. By now, chances are, if people know who Ron Paul is, they about his stances on our foreign policy. Also keep in mind the wars are EXTREMELY unpopular right now, as is foreign aid. Did you notice last night Fox did a poll during the debate asking, if we should withdraw from Afghanistan, the numbers in favor of withdraw were high 80s! Fox news!

I talk to many family members and friends about Ron Paul and have gotten many to vote for him this year. They just simply do not follow the news like we do. They have no clue what is really going on. I have not seen or even heard of one person, saying, we must stop Iran, we must protect Israel at all cost. Maybe I'm in the wrong area of the country, but here in the real world I just don't see it! All I hear is what are we doing over there still!? Bring the troops home! Stop giving foreign governments our money!

Also about the media repeating things. Ron Paul has AMPLE opportunities to clarify things. He probably has been on the news, radio, and articles, then any other candidate. It is seems like every day he has a new MSM interview going up. They are trying to damage him, but at the same time, they give him ALOT of airtime and this has no doubt helped him with the polls more than anything!

That would have shut everyone up! I receive more money from military members then all of you combined. Trust me, they hear what I'm telling you right now, then they hear what all of you have to say, and they very compelled to donate to me! Frankly Santorum you scare them and they know you work for a bunch of murdering psychopaths! Ok omit that last part! :D

Yeah, I know. I personaly agree with him 100%. What is so fucking unnatural that Iranians want to protect themselves the best way they could. That doesn't mean that they would actualy be able to achieve that. Or even if they do, that they would present any kind of real danger to USA. But, that's not the point, and you know that. Point is how Fox and others can spin that, how they can twist his words, as they already doing, and how much damage will it have.

Michael Medved said Ron was the only candidate on stage who wouldn't make a better president than Obama, and that he is a crackpot. He played the audio of the first question (about getting Ron's radical ideas through a divided Congress), and said you seriously needed subtitles to understand what he said. He kept going for a little bit on Ron's radical economic policies.

To be fair, I thought Ron's answer on that particular question was quite rough.
