This isn't the end of the movement, but Ron Paul's candidacy just ended on the eve of the N.H. caucuses.

All the work, all the talk ended with the Hannity video, the Tucker smear, and the Clinton report. The ineptitude of the National Campaign, 9/11 truthers, the big media, and many Ron Paul supporters themselves are responsible for tearing down the most integral candidate on either side of the aisle.

Get involved, and stay involved for freedom, this was only the first skirmish. Let's be smarter and wiser next time.

Good night, and good luck.

More gainsaying. Do you really think this #$%! helps anything???????!

Good night, and go away.

*SNORK* I laugh at you.

Ugh I can't belive this is happening all our hard work hopefully it doesn't go down in flames tommorow, what's the clinton report though?

Some of us would say this has been over for weeks. The inability to gain support over the month of December was a big sign. The campaign likely never tested the packaging of their message. They lilkely never sat down with people who were not RP groupies and asked for their honest assessment of his performance in debates and interviews. In other words, they likely never did any of the things needed to move the candidate from single digits into real contention. The sad thing is that they had more than enough money to do so.

Jeremie, ALL of the candidates are getting attacked. Watch the news.... listen to talk radio...ALL of them are getting hammered by someone.

Don't give up so easily. Be strong. Be brave. Ron Paul would want it.

No all of that crap does not signal the end. Buck up, we will face much worse hazards down the road, and I'd hate you guys to STILL be emotionally unprepared for it all.

geez, someone must be new around here. I guess this is the first you've heard of the ghostwritten newsletter?

It is on his wikipedia article.

Can I have your stuff? :D

Laugh all you want, but lets insert a little realism and levity here. I worked as hard as anyone for Dr. Paul. (I suffered 2nd and 3rd degree burns on my face working the Iowa Straw Poll). With that said, the failure to understand and operate effectively within the existing political environment has gained us little traction and a lot of negative attention.

These news reports on the eve of the N.H. primaries were no accident. The MSM had plenty of chances over the last few months where they could have reported this kind of action, but they didn't, and we just kept giving them ammunition. The Hannity and Clinton examples so ill timed and embarrassing...

Like I said, the movement isn't over, but Dr. Paul's candidacy is. I appreciate the philosophical manner in which they tried to conduct the campaign, but unfortunately, it didn't work. We need to learn from our mistakes and come back stronger.

If you feel that way, please stop posting or stop posting negativity.

We're going to continue to fight because it is a fight worth fighting.

All right, I am walking away from the computer right now, since it is about my bedtime. So I say this as someone who is not doing anything to help the campaign at this point, other than righting my road sign and sending good vibes.

Everyone who is freaking out that it's all over, and who isn't doing anything to change that, needs to pour a glass of wine, relax, and walk away from the screen. The panic doesn't help the cause, but it probably helps the trolly lurkers feel good.

On the contrary, I'm a vet, just more of a reader than a poster, and a doer than a talker.

I know about the newsletter, but for MSNBC and Tucker to bring that guy on the air today, the timing was not an accident.

How would you like to be a clinton supporter right now. She is getting lambasted on the tube. They are after the independent voters... They want them to vote democratic. Have faith -- this will blow over and then startup again! Welcome to politics.

Listen to yourself. You call this the end of Ron Paul's candidacy because of some conspiracy nut claimed Ron Paul was speaking in code to racists ? Are you kidding me !? This has already been debunked as I understand, old news, the best smear they could come up with.

The New York Times withdrew an article about Ron's "white supremacist ties". The same thing with the white supremacist money thing they tried to stick us with a while back. Don't you get it !? THAT'S ALL THEY HAVE AGAINST US!

Stop spreading your weakness whenever something happens!
