Wead to discuss yesterday on his fb today at 1 P.M. EST

q: Doug, what do you think of Rand Paul. Personally and politically?

Doug Wead: Author, Speaker, Presidential Historian love him

Yeah because as I recall we got zero votes.

Over half the voters I ID'd here didn't show up to caucus. Some didn't register to vote. Some of those who didn't register to vote attended rallies. You can ask anyone in the YFP at UW how many people they ID'd bothered to show up and they'll all give you the same story.

q: Doug can you explain the necessity for people to get involved locally, i.e. Republican Central Committee?

Doug Wead: Author, Speaker, Presidential Historian well yes, it is everything. it is how people, without lots of money can influence the process. it is how we are still, even now, winning in caucus states where the process is ongoing.

q: I'm still voting Ron Paul, even if it's a write in. However, it looks as if the corporate establishment is buying the nomination. I fear there just aren't enough people that believe there is a chance.
I also fear that if the big corporate money buys the nomination, it's only to ensure that Obama wins again. Romney can't beat Obama.
You still have my support Dr Paul!

Do we have an idea of what the Real Delegate count is?

How do we combat the obvious polling fraud going on?

Do most people not realize that the only reason Romney is trying to buy the nomination is to ensure Obama is reelected?

Doug Wead: Author, Speaker, Presidential Historian very true... but more and more are awakening.

q: How did Romney pull so much support in Idaho when we were expecting a big win, as well as Santorum in ND? It really boggles my mind. Especially since Paul had over 2000 people at his rally alone in ND.

Doug Wead: Author, Speaker, Presidential Historian lost of people are asking that question.

q: Hello Doug! The biggest thing that has kept Ron Paul from excelling is the media's incessant attacks on his foreign policy and how dangerous it is. Why hasn't the campaign made more of an effort to highlight the tremendous loss of innocent life in the Iraq War? People need to understand that well over a hundred thousand civilians were killed in that war, many of which were women and children. Perhaps people might start to understand that it is the collateral damage of unjust wars that creates animosity, hatred and terrorism.

Doug Wead: Author, Speaker, Presidential Historian yep, you are so right. frustrating to me too.

q: I think I know what sector of the GOP is putting their blind faith in the sightless leader, Rick Santorum... but what is the mechanism which caused that major minority to rally around the guy? His false and repuslive character have not turned them off. Do we have a shot at all in engaging them? How?

Doug Wead: Author, Speaker, Presidential Historian He appeals to born again christians because he talks their religious language.

q: RP supporters and RP are fighting a losing battle against the crony media and those with unlimited funds. To get elected, RP must get on the ballot. But it does not look like the cards are right for the GOP nod. Shift to Lib or Ind and continue. November voter results may then cause a stir. (Say "no" to automated voting--too prone to human error and fraud.)

Doug Wead: Author, Speaker, Presidential Historian good observations.

q: Doug, I am in Ohio. The state where anything could happen. I spoke many people here who said they didnt vote for Ron Paul bc they didnt think he had enough delegates and didnt see the point. Its time to start advertising the truth the the delegate numbers. Do you agree?

Doug Wead: Author, Speaker, Presidential Historian we don't know the numbers yet. the state conventions will decide that in the caucus states. what we do know is that we have elected many delegates to these state conventions that will decide.

q: OK. A lot of us have signed up to be Ron Paul delegates in primary states. But should we also sign up to be Mitt Gingtorum delegates as well, in hopes that we can sneak in to a brokered convention and significantly sway it?

Doug Wead: Author, Speaker, Presidential Historian talk to your state chairman to get the strategy for your state.

q: I would love for Ron Paul to run Ind if not nominated. I've spoke with MANY people saying they're not allowed to vote at this time due to their being a registered Dem or Ind. Regardless, I'm writing him in as that's my conviction, to do otherwise is a vote for NDAA and the continued attack on our Constitution and liberties. Is Congressman Paul or those advising him considering such? Thank you.

Doug Wead: Author, Speaker, Presidential Historian Not really. But I, personally, would like to see it. I don't like anybody but dr. paul.

at least half a dozen comments about vote fraud/cheating, but no one provides evidence. just that its "obvious" or "no way"

A lot of people here will always take the path that provides the least cognitive discomfort even if it has zero logic, and rationality behind it. They can't believe freedom isn't popular and that Ron is losing because the other candidates are better at getting votes. They clearly have never participated in phone from home or canvassing or they would know first hand what the truth is. Not to mention polls (though they just claim those are part of the Lizard People NWO Jew Banker Illuminati). He's just not that popular, because the media hates him and the campaign was mismanaged early on when we had a shot.

Now you have a bunch of "hardcore" supporters claiming they can't believe we lost because of fraud. I doubt any of these people did anything outside posting on the internet about how awesome Ron Paul is. Honestly all the people shouting fraud are an insult to those of us who worked our asses off getting people to the polls.

Doug Wead: Author, Speaker, Presidential Historian he wanted a win but he is happy about the ongoing delegate process.

q: why the heck didn't you try harder in Viginia!??

Doug Wead: Author, Speaker, Presidential Historian He surely surprised a lot of people.

q: Everybody on here are Ron Paul supporters right !? We should start a Ron Paul facebook and twitter for the people and what would be nice if Ron Paul had his own news channel that covered him that would be oh so nice so who is with me about really spreading the messege , the time is now !

Doug Wead: Author, Speaker, Presidential Historian Ha, ha, ha. Now you are talking. well there is ronpaul flix.

q: is there indisputable evidence of voter fraud in any of the states and if so, does the campaign plan to disclose them?

Doug Wead: Author, Speaker, Presidential Historian the campaign will follow thru on every issue of fraud.

q: Doug, I put a request in via the campaign website to have Ron Paul administer my Oath of Enlistment for re-enlisting into the navy after 12 years. The location was Philadelphia at independence hall? Do you remember seeing that request?

Doug Wead: Author, Speaker, Presidential Historian no but i have been doing phones and radio from my home office

q: Mr. Wead, did the campaign learn anything from VA being a head to head with Romney?

Doug Wead: Author, Speaker, Presidential Historian i'm sure they did
