Results are only linear when Ron Paul isn't winning.
I won't believe Ron Paul has won the state until I've seen it with my own eyes (or Ron Paul magically loses badly, in which case, I'll know it's rigged).
When it gets up to 60% reporting results are usually linear and don't change much. They jump around a lot at 1-2% because its statistically insignficant.
The "county" results are mirroring the state on the dem side, so I think its statewide.
If its statewide and RP gets NO MORE votes (which aint gonna happen) hell still have 27% which is our best showing yet. 45 * .6 = 27
