First Post!
I'm 22, and I'm proud to say Ron Paul is the only person I've ever supported for President. I learned about him in 2007 from digging around on the internet one afternoon, and I've been an avid supporter since. I remember the first sign I ever saw advocating him: a small handmade blue painted piece of plywood with his name transcribed in white; nailed to a tree on the side of the highway. It's incredible as an original grassroots supporter to see what this movement has become; me being his lone whisper in my little corner of Texas to him becoming a regular conversation topic everywhere I go.
Only recently did I realize the incredible support and community that has developed for this man, and I'm glad to be apart of it! I know how far we've come; I've only truly cried a few times in my life, the first being the night I removed my mother off life support, the second being tonight, during Dr. Paul's speech. Keep battling, I look forward to bawling like a little girl on inauguration day.
