I just forwarded this to the Raleigh/Wake county meetup 650.
We'll send you some troops sir!
Thank you so much. I came down myself from Raleigh area. Our own primaries are not until May. I'm precinct captain of my own precinct outside of Youngsville. North Carolina is in a particular position to be of great help, because our primaries are so far away, even PC's like myself can wait until after SC's primaries to start working.
Remember, even for the LATE primaries, we will still need RP supporters hitting the streets. As it stands, with no clear frontrunner, we are heading for a brokered convention. Unless RP hits a grand slam on Super Tuesday, we are headed for a brokered convention where even if RP makes 4th and 5th in every state in the union we can still win. Brokered conventions are like that.
ALSO, with only 2 board members on the FEC, no FEC laws are being enforced (you need 3 board members to get anything done) and (here is the big big deal) NO CAMPAIGNS WILL BE ABLE TO RECEIVE FEDERAL MATCHING FUNDS!!
Therefore, ONLY Romney and Paul will continue to have funds after Florida. The FEC is unable to approve/distribute federal matching funds without a third member of the FEC board. Without matching funds, the rest of the Republican field is broke.
THINK ABOUT IT, a huge showing in any one early primary state, ANY early primary state (such as right here in South Carolina) coupled with the fact that the other campaigns are broke, will give us an enormous boost going into Super Tuesday, where nobody else can afford to compete.
RP is already pushing national TV commercials, and local radio spots into the Super Tuesday states. We are getting the name out now we ned your help to secure the votes here in SC.
If we make a big showing in SC, we can win the whole contest. We have the money, they do not. We would not have taken the Federal Matching funds, and now because of the deadlock on FEC boardmembers, they can not.
All we need to do is to get RP's message out to these old hard-line old-school conservatives, and we will make a huge showing in SC. With a huge showing in SC, and everybody else (except Romney) flat broke, we can walk into Super Tuesday odds on favorite to win or place second, leaving the rest of the delegates to the late primary states.
