Best I could do sorry.... I'll keep adding to this everytime Ron Speaks...

What is practical about English being the only language in the United States?
It's practical because we all can understand it. Some people may feel jealous inferior if they don't understand the language. However, there should be a common language us as public officers talk english and all our laws are in English. People should learn English. That's not to say that in schools and other things we can't accommodate people learning the language. The constitution says its allowable for different languages so this doesn't mean that bilingual doesn't have a place in the United States.

Why do most Hispanic feel a resentment towards the Republican party? And how will you fix this negative image?
One thing is if we want to prevent resentment is if we allow one set of immigrants into the country, it should be the same with all. We can't be spending taxpayer money building fences on one side of the border but not the other. The reason immigration is such a hot button issue is because the economy is failing. If we spent less and fix the economy this will not even be a problem to us.

How should we deal with Chavez?
He isn't the easiest person to talk to but we should speak to him as we speak to everyone else. That is with a courteous manner. We spoke to Stalin. We created Castro! We got into their affairs. (WEIRD CROWD REACTION)

BTW- I'm doing this quickly forgive my grammar. Don't take this literally word for word...

Question: How do you stop the anti-hispanic sentiment(which is non existant, imo)

Paul: el tono negativo una cosa es si queremos prevenir terminos negativos, no teneom id card, como podemos hacer eso,, tenerlas par immigrantes si no tenerlas para los demans, eso nos lleva a carnet nacional, recentimiento viene de la economic, hay recentimiento porque welfare afecta, trabajos se van al exterior, locas and state governments pressure by local gov to comply with welfare...
The negative tone is something we have to prevent and find where its coming from. First a national ID card for would be terrible, how could we do that, have id cards for immigrants? that woudl eventually lead to all americans requiring Id cards (applause followed). I think the resentment comes from the state of the economy, we have welfare, jobs leaving... Welfare affects local and state government who are pressured by federal law to comply with federal welfare mandates this creates resentment, what we need is a stronger economy...

Paul (how coudl we deal with chavez):well he is not the easiest person to deal with. But we have to talk, trade and deal wiht everyone, we did with stalin, mao etc. In fact we should trade and talk with cuba. Let me tell you why. We have created many of these leaders because of meddling in their policies (latin american policies).

Btw these translations are not word to word.
He got the boos from venezuelans and cubans int he arena, needless to say... pathetic, those iditos are the ones that let their countries be taken over so fuck off idiots...

Hm, seems the mexicans don't like Ron's stance on trading and talking to Venezuala? I'm surprised. Guess they don't like Chavez either.

It's a tough anti-commie crowd in the audience, and they are booing everything which isn't strongly and outspoken AGAINST Chavez and Castro. When Ron Paul said, let's talk to them, they didn't like it :)

Rudy tried to pick on Paul about the Chavez issue... and he was met with BOOOOs :D
Not that I understood it, but I am hoping it's another one of those "thank you Rudy for attacking me" moments :-)

Major disappointment in Ron Paul cowtowing to the illegal alien industry.

Yeah they love Chavez because the DO NOT have the tradition of Freedom which is native to America.

This is why Ron Paul should have boycotted this debate!

I know many of you will not want to do this.. But if you turn your tv up all the way and if you have surround sound it too all the way up.. you can hear the candidates and channel out the translator.

Ron Paul:
paraphrasing..

How can you have a tamper proof id?... (applause) ... I am absolutely opposed to a national id card (applause) we have to realize where the resentment comes from... the economy is weak... etc war... dollar.. job going overseas... good pay going down.. the federal government is putting the pressure in the states... some of our hospitals are closing... IF we get rid of welfare.. spending overseas.. get healthy economy and sound money.. THE RESENTMENT WOULD BE GREATLY DEMINISHED (applause) :)

From what I saw was the jist fo the conversation was this. SHe starts out stating how the Venz. voted not to amend their Constitution but Chavez wants to have another vote. Then they asked what we would do aboout Chavez.

I guess the crowd wants us to assassinate him or something, im not sure.

I'm not sure what the feeling among FL hispanics would be toward Chavez ... they are very anti-Castro and Chavez has cozied up to him ... I don't think most people realize Chavez has been helping Latin America pay off IMF loans , do barter deals to skirt use of the dollar, and generally thwarting the globablists plans to ensnare Latin America in the new world order with the trade deals and all the rest. So maybe they just see Chavez as another Castro ... they're probably a strange mix of pro-mexico / illegal immigration , brainwashed on some of these other leaders the globablists have branded as dictators

Dr. Paul needs to say..."and they call me the isolationist" after all the hating on cuba.

Yeah they love Chavez because the DO NOT have the tradition of Freedom which is native to America.

Isn't it funny it is an acceptable stereotype to call "Hispanics" emotional when it is spun as a positive or quirky thing, but the truth is a society made up of people who are more emotional than rational will always fail.

So let me get this right. THey democratically elected Chavez. ANd now they want America to come in and remove him?
